An established FMCG company is looking for a Senior Indirect Buyer to manage the procurement activities involving raw materials and packaging of the products at their Paarl Branch in the Western Cape.

Minimum Requirements:

• A qualification in Project Management
• 3 years’ indirect buying experience
• CPM Certificate

Duties:

• Minimize costs by identifying risks such as inflation, suppliers, costs
• Project Management
• Perform purchasing function in line with the business strategy
• Quarterly, Monthly and Weekly procurement routines
• Report on KPI’s Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly
• Identify potential risks and challenges by analyzing the local and international market dynamics
• Monthly and Annual budgeting
• Implementing procurement policies and procedures
• Build relationships with suppliers continuously
