One of our clients based in the Northern Cape is urgently seeking a Senior Industrial Relations Practitioner to join their world-class diamond group. The incumbent will be required to negotiate and maintain with the Unions as well as facillitate and monitor the implementation of diversity and EE initiatives. He/she will also develop and conduct IR training and advise operations on IR issues. Applicants must have a 3 year degree in IR/HR/Law as well as 4 years experience in IR and employment within a mining environment (essential) and exellent knowledge if applicable legislation including LRA, BCEA, EE, UIA, COIDA, MPRDA and must be prepared to travel.
