SENIOR INTERNAL AUDITOR, experienced in conducting financial, operational and compliance audits

A. THE ORGANISATION

Pro Optima Audit Services is a growing practice rendering internal audit services (on both an outsourcing and co-sourcing basis), internal control consulting, contract management services and business process analysis projects since 1997 and employs qualified professionals covering a variety of specialized areas.

B. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

? Bachelor’s degree in Internal Auditing or similar
? At least five years internal audit experience

C. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND CAPABILITIES

? Passion for the Internal Audit profession.
? Reliability and integrity
? Detailed knowledge of audit standards, procedures and techniques required to perform audits
? Analytical, inquisitive, innovative and a critical thinker
? Excellent inter-personal relationships at all levels
? Effective communication skills
? Excellent report writing skills – the ability to present audit results creatively, in a professional manner
? The ability to demonstrate strong business acumen by being attuned to the business environment and its emerging trends and issues.
? The ability to display initiative under minimal supervision to meet prescribed deadlines
? Strong leadership skills

R400 000/ annum
