Our Steel Manufacturing Client are currently seeking a High Level Senior Industrial Relations Manager who is able to handle all IR Related Issues , CCMA Cases - Arbitration and Bargaining Councils who is able to to speak several African Languages

Minimum Requirements

Matric
5 - 8 Years Lab our Relations - Industrial Relations
5 - 8 Years Advisory to Senior Members
BCOM Degree - LLB Degree or Equivalent
Own Vehicle
Valid Drivers
Bargaining Council
Relevant Memberships

Duties:

Handling all Aspects of IR within the Steel Industry
Handling All CCMA Cases
Arbitration
Bargaining Councils
High Level Strategic Advisory to Exco and HR Team
Costing and Analysis
Ensuring all Policies and Procedures have been followed
Ensuring all Legal Aspects Adhered to
