We are looking for a:

Senior Network Engineer For Cape town Branch
Must have the following experience and qualifications.

Ethernet switching:

• VLANs, Q-in-Q, MAC-in-MAC
• loop prevention (spanning tree, ERPS, etc)
• high availability (link and inter-chassis redundancy)
• knowledge of at least one of applicable Extreme, Cisco or Juniper switches

IP routing and MPLS

• VRF lite
• dynamic routing protocols (OSPF/IS-IS and BGP plus their proper interoperation)
• MPLS (LDP, MP-BGP, L2VPN, L3VPN)
• practical knowledge of best practices on the Internet (e.g. regarding BGP prefix deaggregation, BCP38)
• tunnelling (GRE, L2TP)
• broadband network termination (PPPoE, RADIUS)
• knowledge of at least one of Cisco or Juniper routers
Salary R40K - R60K
