We are looking for an intermediate to senior IT Field Engineer for a National Company in Port Elizabeth.

Minimum Requirements:
• Min 3 year IT Degree/Diploma Essential
• IT Diploma in Communication Networks Advantageous
• 3-5 years Desktop support/rollout experience preferable
• MCSE and/or CCNA preferable
• Own vehicle and driver’s license essential
• Computer Hardware, Electronic Equipment, Windows XP, MS Office etc.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Ensure Tier 2 desktop support
• Windows 7 and 8 support
• Office 2007, 2010 and 2013
• You will be required to do hardware and software troubleshooting and installation
• Repair, set up and restore of desktops
• VPN setup and support
• Remote monitoring of systems and applications
• Remote support of users and hardware
• General knowledge of end user and desktop support in the enterprise network environment
