Mission of the job:

The position exists to ensure effective management of all specialised projects and to ensure the effective delivery including but not limited to integration, migration, downgrades, upgrades and changes.

• Operational planning
• Specialized projects

• Managerial / Supervisory

Minimum requirements:

Education:
• A MINIMUM of a 3-year diploma or degree is expected for this role – not negotiable.
• In addition to a diploma or degree a project management / programme management qualification would be advantageous

Experience
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the area of specialisation, with experience in supervising / managing others.
• Must have experience working in a medium to large organisation.
• 5 years in the IT Industry, 5 years of project management experience
• Proven track record of successfully managing project teams and ascribing to PM methodology.
• A strong background in project management with in-depth technical understanding.
