We require a highly motivated and experienced IT Support Engineer keen to find a challenging position within a professional company.

Requirements:
You must have proven expertise in both Server and Desktop products, and a sound grasp of networking,
Information Security and Infrastructure planning with an excellent understanding of IT principles.
You must have strong operational IT experience,
Quick and accurate prioritisation of support calls and a customer-focused approach to ensure problems are solved in a timely and efficient manner to the satisfaction of the client.
You should have experience with VMware, Hyper-V,
SAN technologies,
Firewalling, switch and router configuration, as well as have knowledge on wireless and backup technologies.

Suitable qualifications to back up your experience and an MCSE would be required.
