Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the following:
- Working as an IT support technician and directly supporting end-users, both face-to-face and remotely
- Troubleshooting & upgrading desktop/workstation and server hardware
- Installing, maintaining and supporting corporate network environments (LAN & WAN)
- Comprehensive knowledge of Windows 7/10 operating systems
- Windows Server operating systems
- Microsoft Office application suite
- Basic networking – routers, access points, switches & firewalls
- VPN and WAN setup/support
- Microsoft Exchange Server
- MCSE or equivalent
- Driver’s license
- Office 365 & other cloud-based technologies
- Advanced networking – routers, switches, wireless, firewalls (Mikrotik, Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet)
- Mac OS & Linux operating systems
- VMware & Hyper-V
Duties:

- The ability to diagnose and resolve a broad variety of technical issues and faults, and to adapt according to the deadline or output required
