Senior IT Technician Specialist

My client, a JSE listed national leader in the construction industry, is seeking to employ a senior IT technician specialist to support their KZN branches.

Primary Duties:
Communication and management of personnel
Ensure compliance with legislation
Work actively with other departments to develop and promote company
Support Executives on Helpdesk requests
Accurate on time reporting
Asset Management
Administration
Maintenance and management of IT Equipment
Ensure optimal IT infrastructure
Customer satisfaction
Perform other related duties as required by the Head of IT during working hours
Minimum Requirements:
Relevant Qualification.
Minimum of 5 years experience as an IT Technician/Senior IT Technician.
Minimum 5 years experience in Network Administration and Hardware maintenance.
Drivers license, own transport and willing to travel in the KZN area etc.
South African citizen
General Requirements

Must have good experience in:
Active directory,
Networks (WAN/LAN, Fibre and wireless),
VPN,
Terminal Services,
FTP and Pastel
End-User Support
Server Installation & Configuration
Salary of between R20 000 - R25 000 (negotiable). Benefits : Medical aid and pension fund
