Well established firm based in Pretoria require an AFRIKAANS speaking Senior IT Desktop Support Technician to start ASAP.
Requirements:

• Matric qualification (Essential)
• Valid driver license and own transport Essential
• Appropriate tertiary qualifications, related to technical IT environments Essential
• A+, N+, MCP an advantage.

Essential technical skills:

• Microsoft Windows operating systems (Win XP, 7 and above)
• Microsoft Office suite (2007 ,2010, 2013)
•        Microsoft Exchange and Outlook (2003 and above)
•        PC Hardware and software
•        Ability to support all Microsoft desktop operating systems and Office software.
•        Basic knowledge of Microsoft server 2008 or above.
•        Strong knowledge of networks, email & router configuration.

Essential soft skills:
•             Strong customer service and communication skills
•             Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues on a desktop platform
•             At least 2 years in PC hardware/software installation and support
 
Salary: R12k – R15k depending on experience and qualifications
