Requirements :
At least 5 years training experience
Excellent knowledge of CompTIA courses
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft courses
Excellent knowledge of CISCO courses
Excellent knowledge of ITIL courses
Preferably hold up to date certifications for the above vendors
Must be willing to upskill as and when required
Preferably hold an Assessor and Moderator qualification

Must have trained in the below areas :
• Cisco Certified
• MCT
• CompTIA
• ITIL
• Microsoft Exchange
• Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer
• Microsoft Azure
• SharePoint
• Microsoft Server Technologies
