Our client based in Johannesburg is looking for a Senior Java Developer to join their team. The successful candidate’s main responsibility will be writing code or parameters to provide software components according to technical specifications.

Requirements:
• B.Sc. IT / Computer Science or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years Java development experience
• Proficient in Java, J2EE and J2SE application development
• Strong experience in JSP, JDBC, Java Servlets, JavaBeans/ EJBs, ASP, SQL, UNIX, JavaScript, SOAP, XML, HTML, Struts, ANT, CVS and WebLogic
• Working experience in Oracle, MS SQL Server, IB WebSphere, JBoss, Tomcat and DB2
• Experience designing N-tiered applications
