Requirements:
• BSc degree or national diploma in information technology
• Minimum of five years' solid experience in software development using Java EE
• Proven track record of successful implementations at an enterprise level
• Design patterns and principles (MVC, Façade, Proxy, Delegate, Singleton, Factory, DTO, etc.)
• Mark-up and modelling technologies (HTML, XML, XSD, JSON, UML, etc.)
• Application servers/containers (JBoss, Docker, etc.)
• Versioning, build, and deploy tools and technologies (SVN, GIT, Maven, etc.)
• Other open-source frameworks (Spring, AngularJS, Bootstrap, etc.)Responsibilities:
• Design and develop functional solutions with a strong focus on non-functional attributes
• Ensure the timeous delivery of work allocated
• Contribute to the IT body of knowledge through documentation and knowledge sharing
• Participate in relevant IT forums

• Prioritise and manage workload effectively
