Senior Kitchen Manager needed for new Restaurant in Boksburg. Candidates must have 8+ years kitchen management experience. Must have strong general knowledge of food and of kitchen management procedures. Must be able to coordinate very busy kitchen. Knowledge of food cost and stock management a must. Senior chef candidates with Management experience will also be considered. Must have contactable references. Must be able to travel to Sandton/ Midrand for training first two months 15 - 18k nett.
