Senior Kitchen Manager needed for busy Restaurant in Brooklyn. Candidates must have 6+ years kitchen management experience. Must have strong general knowledge of food and of kitchen management procedures. Must be able to coordinate very busy kitchen. Knowledge of food cost and stock management a must. Senior/Sous chef candidates will also be considered. Must have contactable references. 70 Hour work week R 12 – 13k.
