Job Description:
Senior Landscape Architect
Our Client, is seeking the services of a Senior Landscape Architect to start as soon as possible.
Skills & Experience:

-Ability to manage private and public sector projects, from Private Villas to hotels and resorts

-Supervise and coordinate team production of presentation packages, construction plans and specifications

-Ability to adapt to various situations and challenges

-Ability to direct a team but also complete all stages of a project individually

-Mentor, drive and inspire junior design staff

-Lead project related discussions and presentations

-Excellent English writing and communications skills

-Knowledge of technical and local regulations

-Strong organizational and time management skills

-Perform within the constraints of project budgets and schedules

-Strong knowledge/interest in plant materials

-Experience in producing construction documents

Technical Requirements of position:

-Age 30-45 years' of age

-Masters degree in Landscape Architecture or Urban Planning/Architecture

-Proficiency in MS Office/Adobe Creative Suite/AutoCAD/3D rendering software

-5-15 Years' experience in Landscape Architecture - Ideally a minimum of 2 years in the UAE

Job Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Time Frame: As soon as possible

Working Hours: 9 hours per day - Fridays & Saturdays off

Monthly Cost to Company: 25 000 - 30 000 AED (R 84 000 - R 101 000 per month (Housing allowance included)
