Senior Legal Secretary or Junior Attorney
Well established Legal firm based in Pretoria East requires the services of a Senior Legal Secretary or a Junior Attorney to start ASAP.
Requirements & Experience:
Matric / Grade 12
3 - 5 years’ experience in similar position.
Good knowledge and use of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
Knowledge of Legalsuite would be advantageous.
Fully bilingual – Afrikaans and English
Need to be able to work under pressure and independently
Own reliable vehicle as Company is not on a bus route
Good knowledge of Third Party Claims against the Road Accident Fund. The whole claim process from initiation up to litigation.
Including Watching Briefs, communication with other attorneys who handle claims on behalf of clients.
Experience on acting on behalf of certain Medical Aids.
Liaison with Medical Aids concerning the Third party claims.
Salary: R12 000 – to R15 000 depending on experience
