Senior Linux Administrator – Centurion
Leading IT Company based in Centurion is looking for a Senior Linux Administrator with very strong Bash Scripting experience to join their team.

Required skills and experience
Relevant Technology related Degree / Diploma
Minimum 3 years Linux Administration experience preferable SLES
Very good understanding of
Bash Scripting
Server hardware
Linux kernel and environment
Networks
Systems maintenance
Experience in SLEPOS, administrating SLE distros an advantage
Nagios monitoring a plus
Well versed in in project management systems and network infrastructure

Responsibilities Include
Maintaining the continued operational status of the Linux based computers and networks
Analyse and report on various features that can be updated, tweaked or suspended
Making adjustments on every level of the operating system
Controlling day to day functions of entire network
Maintain a professional work ethic and administer proper

Salary offering R420k per annum negotiable on experience.
