SENIOR MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR – PRETORIA
(Experience in the AUTOMATIVE SECTOR – A MUST)

Salary: R50K CTC - Negotiable depending on experience and qualification

Maintenance Supervisor who is a hands on technical person to manage our Maintenance Department and leading of 7 people.
• 4X Junior Maintenance Assistance
• 1X Maintenance coordinator/Robot Programmer
• 1X Toolmaker
• 1X Electrician

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERINCE
• Qualified Artisan (Fitter and Tuner) with minimum 5 years’ experience in the AUTOMATIVE SECTOR – A MUST
• Qualified Artisan (Tool, die and jig Maker) with minimum 5 years’ experience specifically in the Automative Sector. (Attending to making Jigs)
• Mechanical Engineering N4 or higher
• Spot Weld with at least 5 years’ experience

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Responsible for the drafting and controlling of the maintenance Budget – quarterly forecast
• Responsible for the 5s within Maintenance Department
• Robot Programming and PLC Knowledge will added advantage
• Conduct root cause analysis – preventative and permanent corrective actions
• Knowledge and understanding of all maintenance KPI’s
• Computer Literacy: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to prepare presentation and use excel to generate reports (Weekly and Monthly)
• Interpersonal and communication skills in order to relate well with all levels of management and staff, customer, suppliers and generally all stakeholders
