They’re looking for a Senior Manager: Business Adoption who will lead the Cloud Business Adoption function, working closely with the Global Process Leads, (across Finance, HCM, GSSC and EPM) and OpCo to ensure adoption of the Business Processes. Your key job responsibilities as the Senior Manager: Business Adoption in Johannesburg will include:

- Lead business adoption and integrated stakeholder experience
Develop the require adoption methodology and tools to enable the Global Process Leads, Process Leads and OpCo to understand and drive adoption
- Build, lead, and develop Cloud Adoption within the Project and OpCos
- Have the ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscape both internal and external of the project
- Plan, develop, and coordinate change strategies; identify integration points with other adoption efforts
- Design and implement various communication vehicles which support the adoption activities
- Construct and implement actionable and targeted change management plans – including stakeholder analysis, communications planning, change impacts, change agent network, and training strategy and plans
- Build, lead, and develop an Adoption team

Requirements for this Senior Manager: Business Adoption job in Johannesburg:

- An appropriate Post Graduate degree in the relevant field
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
- 7 - 11 years of relevant work experience in Consulting in a multinational business environment driving change/adoption
- Minimum of 3-5 years in ERP implementation/deployment
- Ability to work effectively at all levels and across within an organization and influence others
- Proficient with Project Management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle
- ERP (Oracle)
- Advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Experience in a Shared Services Centre (SSC) / Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environment
- Understanding of Finance/SCM/HR processes in telecom industry
