Job Title: Senior Manager – Client Liaison Services
Immediate Supervisor: Executive: Communications and Member Affairs
Location: Pretoria

JOB SUMMARY
? To set up and oversee the Division’s employee output across all provincial CLO offices
? To manage the Client Liaison Services Division work plans and manage the SPN’s performance against member services outputs, service levels and SOPs
? To oversee the Division’s risk assessment and implement mitigation strategies


QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS

? Appropriate DEGREE in marketing, sales, business development or equivalent NQF qualification, postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage
? At least 10 YEARS marketing, sales, customer service or business development experience
? Communication skills
? PROJECT MANAGEMENT SKILLS
? Computer literacy skills
? INFORMATION MANAGEMENT SKILLS
? Planning and organizational skills
? KNOWLEDGE OF MEDICAL SCHEMES INDUSTRY
? Knowledge of or previous experience in working with the Public Service will serve as an advantage
