Senior Manager Corporate Communications and Marketing - Midrand

Overall Purpose of the Job
Develop, manage and provide an effective communication and information service to all stakeholders including the Board, EXCO, internal and external clients of the organization.

Formal Qualification Required
• NQF Level 8 Qualification / Degree / Diploma / Postgraduate Diploma / Bachelor Honours Degree in Public Relations or Communication or Marketing / Leadership development qualification

Experience Required
• Min 7-10 yrs experience in Public Relations or Communication
• 7-10 yrs experience in Management

Key responsibilities of the position
• Develop and implement a comprehensive and effective communication strategy.
• Media Management
• Develop a CSI/R strategy and plan and monitor the evaluation of the same
• Measure the impact of all CSI campaigns annually
• Manage the development, management and editing of internal and external publications including the annual report.
• Content Management
• Develop implement and maintain the organisation’s corporate Branding and Marketing Strategy
• Management of the department and subordinates
• Management of the website, Intranet and social media presence
• Financial management
