Job Purpose:

To provide credit leadership and policy guidance for all the Retail lending businesses.
Monitor quality in Credit processes, credit evaluations and credit judgement.
To monitor whether credit policies and guidelines are complied with.
Perform adequate post approval/disbursement checks through statistical as well as sampling methods.
Formulate and institutionalise early warning processes in Retail at client and portfolio level, Participate and sign-off in new Loan product formulation processes, Ongoing monitoring of trends, factors and implications that might impair credit quality, Focus on Collections and Recoveries processes that impact quality of loan book.
Regular attendance and reporting for Divisional Credit Committee and Group Credit Committee.
