Senior Manager:Employee Relations needed for a leading mining company in Mpumalanga!

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Manager:Employee Relations to leading the holistic and integrated implementation of the ER Strategy, interpreting the ER strategy into products and services for Regional applicability and application, leading the operations for region/business clusters, Governance of all ER operational related matters such as Partnership Forums and relationships with trade unions, disciplinary, grievances, appeals disputes and so forth. Ideally you will have a Degree in Behavioural Sciences or Labour Law. A minimum of 10 years experience in a mining environment is essential.
