Southern Farms, a leader in the production and packing of Export Table Grapes and Dates, seeks to employ a dynamic Senior Manager with excellent communication skills, attention to detail and strong leadership skills.

Duties: * Management and oversight of farm operations in accordance to the approved budget * Further development of farms operations in accordance to the approved capex budget * Implementation of the operational budget * Manage production related activities including planting, watering, spraying, fertilizing etc. * Manage personnel * Maintaining, establishing and/or implementing the necessary agricultural practices that are relevant and desired to promote production, minimize expenditure and maintain the capital employed by the company. * Determination of Crop estimates and coordinating and translating same into a packing plan.

Requirements: * Relevant qualification, 8 – 10 years Export Table Grape and/or Date Farming Experience, Sound staff management knowledge, Computer literate. Southern Farms is situated near Augrabies in the Northern Cape.
