Senior Manager of Group Reporting and Financial Modelling (EE Only)

• Reporting To: Chief Financial Officer

Purpose Of The Role
• Group Reporting
• Responsible for managing the consolidation process and all monthly reporting to the group’s ultimate controlling company
• Management accounts
• Responsible for ensuring quality internal management accounts and assisting with the budgeting process for the company
• Reporting to SARB
• Responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory and statutory reporting requirement to the South African Reserve Bank (SARB) in terms of Basel III and being the primary for all new developments in this regard
• Taxation
• Responsible for the ensuring compliance of the group’s income taxation
• Financial Modelling
• Provide support for costing, funding and impairment models within the company
• Procurement function
• Provide support for Company’s procurement function and BBBEE scoring reporting

• In-depth knowledge of Basel III Regulations and developments.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles.
• Compliance with Company’s policies and procedures, IFRS and tax legislation
• Keep abreast of changes in IFRS and tax legislation
• Computer Literacy - Advanced level of proficiency in Excel

Qualifications/Experience
CA (SA)
Minimum 3 to 5 years in a similar role
