Minimum Requirements
You'll have knowledge and experience of a number of the following areas:
• Qualified CA
• Must have a minimum of 5 to 7 years' experience post CA Articles
• Must have consulting experience (Big 4 experience advantageous)
• Must have Project Management experience within Public Sector & managing big projects/ engagements
• Experience serving clients or working in Public Sector
• Finance operating model design
• Process transformation and improvement
• Planning, budgeting and forecasting
• Performance measurement and performance reporting
• Cost reduction
• Shared service centres and business process outsourcing
• Financial statement close
• Finance process blueprinting for SAP or Oracle ERP implementations
• Demonstrated business development experience(advantageous)
• Strong analytical & problem solving skills
• The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience supervising and managing teams of people
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Willingness to travel to meet client needs
People responsibilities
• Develop people through effectively supervising, coaching, and mentoring staff
• Conduct performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback for staff
• Contribute to people initiatives including recruiting, retaining and training Finance & Performance Management professionals
• Maintain an educational program to continually develop personal skills
• Understand and follow workplace policies and procedures
