The Senior Manager in Johannesburg will supporting the CFO Risk in developing analytics for identifying key risks in the portfolio, providing independent view of model outputs, post model adjustments and other adjustments made by Risk, improving quality of documentation of decision papers, oversight on material emerging issues in risks, and oversight on material problem accounts. This job will also require you to work with Group Risk to develop new detailed MIS for decision making, manage the risk budgeting process, and build a strong working relationship with the members in Risk function

Requirements for this Senior Manager job in Johannesburg:

- Experienced person with Credit Risk and MI background, highly numerate with good understanding of Accounting
- Experience in a large international bank is preferable
- Proactive and takes initiative. Capable of working independently to resolve challenges
- Keen interest in analytics and MI
- Strong relationship building capability so as to work across global network and functions
- Comfortable in working with senior management
- Team and collaboration mind set. Ability to work and deliver under pressure
- Good presentation skills
