SENIOR MANAGER: TALENT, LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT

Centre: Johannesburg (Bruma)

Remuneration: Market-Related (Negotiable based on Qualifications and Experience)

Salary Band (R1 407 006 to R1 688 408)

This a Permanent Position for an individual who is within Organisational Development field and has a stable track record within the industry and is wishing to progress further.

SPECIALIST REQUIREMENTS: ?Bachelor of Honours + Relevant Master’s Degree ?Minimum of 10years experience in the end to end Organisational Development Practices. ?Extensive experience in working with senior leadership teams ?Three (3) to Five (5) Years relevant managerial experience ?Registered as an Industrial Psychologist with a relevant Institution (If registration is current please provide details).

MAIN PURPOISE OF THE JOB: ?Strategically and successfully integrate the Talent Management and Learning & Development Centre of Excellence ?Manage and Supervise the Human Capital Talent, Learning and Development Team ?Direct, Manage, Facilitate talent practices, learning and development & leadership development strategies and initiatives ?Establishes and communicates TL&D goals and objectives and define methodologies, tasks and activities of learning and development function ?Provide thought leadership on Talent, Learning and Development and partner the business to achieve strategic objectives
