Our Client, a leading Financial Services Company requires a Senior Manager to Head up their Skills Development Department. Must have an HR Related Degree, be a registered SDF, an ODETDP Certificate with at least 5 experience in similar role, managing skills development in the Insurance or Financial Services Industry.

Must be familiar with all legislation pertaining to the SDLA and EE Act

Duties Include:
Heading up the entire Skills Development Function in the Organisation
