Requirements:
3-year Degree in Human Resources Management or Development ¦ Post Graduate degree HR/Industrial Psychology (desirable) ¦5 years’ experience in HR Planning and or Super-user of Workforce Planning Systems or models or Workforce Planning / Business Intelligence experience in Laboratory Management System and in-depth knowledge of Laboratory methods and activities used to perform all tests¦ Experience in work volumetric and benchmarking analysis ¦ Knowledge of HR Information Systems (e.g. Oracle) ¦ Knowledge of Workforce Planning/Development strategies ¦ Knowledge of HR Legislation & Governance ¦ Knowledge of Staffing Models ¦ Management skills ¦ Interpersonal skills ¦ Communication skills - (Written, Verbal & Presentation) ¦ Analytical skills ¦ Conceptual skills ¦ Attention to detail ¦ Valid driver’s licence¦ Own Car ¦ Planning and Implementing ¦ Numerical Skills.
