SENIOR METALLURGICAL ENGINEER
Requirements:
• REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum of B Eng (Physical Metallurgy) with 5 years´ experience in any of the fields below.
• Experience in corrosion engineering, welding engineering, fitness-for-service and remaining life assessments, failure investigations and/or material testing will be an advantage.
• RESPONSIBILITIES OR WORK DESCRIPTION
• Lead and/or conduct failure investigations with an aim to identify root cause failure or degradation mechanism.
• Perform remnant life studies and determine the fitness-for-service of component(s) to the relevant section(s) of API 579-1.
• Provide metallurgical consultancy services.
