The ideal candidate will be reporting to the Operations Manager and you could be groomed into a Maintenance Manager role.



Qualification:

Trade Test: Millwright (Red Seal) – Section 13

3 Phase Wireman’s License (adv)



Skills & Experience:

Electro-Mechanical maintenance on AC/DC drives, conveyors, transmitters, valves, rackers, packers, wrappers and pneumatics

Siemens S7 PLC maintenance and programming

Electro-mechanical preventative maintenance planning

Perform standby and work shifts

Perform daily checks and routine inspections of electrical equipment (incl. transformers, switchgear, and service equipment)

4 – 6 years FMCG experience



Job Description:

You will be expected to perform maintenance on Siemens S7 1200 PLC’s, electro-mechanical maintenance on automated machinery, AC/DC drives, conveyors, AC motors, pneumatics and flow wrappers. Other value adding responsibilities will be to plan preventative electro-mechanical maintenance, root cause analysis, adhere to SHE regulations, monitor critical electrical spares usage, and implement job card planning.
