Suitable candidate must have experience managing a fleet of 600 – 700 vehicles

Requirements
• Matric
• Experience managing a fleet of 600 – 700 vehicles (all types of vehicles – Cars/Bakkies/Taut Liners/8 Tonners/ Links/SuperLinks) - Mercedez Benz knowledge and understanding would be advantageous
• Planning and monitoring of Service and maintenance schedules as well as intervals.
• RTMS system and application knowledge is important and this is critical and applicable to all Fleet activities.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Workshop and Maintenance Management in a senior role essential
• Degree non-negotiable
Duties - Limited
• Analyse maintenance costs and provide recommendations on fleet utilization and replacement.
• Track fleet usage and maintain accurate inventory of equipment.
• Assist in the development of maintenance budget by providing input relative to policy, costs and established metrics.
• Carrying out all DOT (RTMS etc.) statutory regulation on fleet to avoid infractions that may cause disturbance on daily sales and transfers
• Oversee the maintenance records (such as job cards, maintenance logs etc.) for fleet are accurate and up-to-date.
