My client is a mobile marketing agency and they are looking for a senior. Net developer/team leader to join their dynamic team

Skill Requirements:
• 5 years + software development experience
•
• MVC
• ASP.NET AJAX / JQuery
• SQL Server 2000 / 2005 / 2008
• OOP programming (theoretical and practical experience of OO design principles and patterns)
• Service Orientated Architecture
Requirements:
• Ability to be pragmatic but still make intelligent design decisions to reduce technical debt
• Ability to effectively impart technical knowledge verbally and in writing
• Full SDLC experience
• Proven record of mentoring others
• Experience as Technical Lead/Architect
• Collaborate with Developers, Account Managers and Business Stakeholders
• Exceptional technical design and analysis skills
• Solid experience with both design and architectural patterns
• Experience with Unit Testing
• Troubleshooting
• Negotiation skills
• Adaptability
• General IT knowledge beyond development e.g.:
- basic networking protocols (viz. UDP; TCP/IP)
- Hardware knowledge
