Working with multiple business areas and multiple teams
Project Management
Process mapping (document as is process, document to be process)
Developing new process content and gaining approval from the process management steering committee.
Develop Process effectiveness standards and adherence.
Assist in identifying reporting requirements
Identify Key metrics for specific business processes.
Analysis of reports to identify areas of concern and possible remedial action.
Assist in the development of weekly activity plans and progress.

Qualifications and experience
B com IS degree or similar.
ITIL knowledge or qualification
SDLC experience - Basic understanding of IT architecture, both infrastructure and application
5 years’ experience
Diploma in Business Analysis advantageous
Project Management experience.
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Projects

Salary is negotiable on experience
