This is a pivotal role developing BI solutions using various Oracle tools and helpig to formulate the Business Intelligence strategy for the division

The person will be a key player in the future strategy of HeadByte and its leadership as one of the premier Oracle solution providers for organizations.

This developer’s role will be to work with internal teams to design and develop world-class reporting and analytics solutions. The successful candidate should be able to work with functional business analysts, business process owners and other technical team members for a given requirement or process. This includes taking part of the design, soliciting feedback and documenting the information associated with the integrations for support and change management purposes. Engagement with various various stakeholders at all levels will also be important.

Required:
Formal IT qualification (Degree/ND)
5+ years Oracle (SQL/PLSQL) development experience
Proven experience dealing with dynamic projects

Desirable:
Oracle EBS HRMS/Payroll exposure
Oracle Business Intelligence (OBIEE) & Analytics
