The purpose of this position is to ensure the effective and timely execution of briefs, by managing own projects, as well as the workload of designers, facilitating the link between the in-house project management team and designers and providing creative input, backed by proper analysis and research in order to create viable and commercial packaging solutions. To execute and develop Private Label packaging from concept design creation, packaging artwork roll out and final printed packaging to meet customer needs and build Private Label brands

Essential requirements :

3 year BA Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design/Vega or AAA qualification
Graphic Design experience - 4 years
Packaging Design experience – 3 to 5 years
Final Art/Desk Top Publishing experience – 3 to 5 years
Studio manager experience – 3 to 5 years
Presenting and selling ideas – 3 to 5 years

Packaging process (Desktop Publishing)
Understanding Consumer Protection Act
Adobe Creative Suite (illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) – 3 to 5 years
Acrobat – 3 to 5 years
Strong attention to detail (brief and printer specification interpretation, proof reading)
