Our Client, one of the UK’s market leaders in Digital Marketing, is currently looking for a Senior Paid Media Specialist, for their Office in Cape Town.

In this role you would be the key driver for creating, implementing and managing digital media strategies, running the daily optimization across the various digital media channels and working with the team to ensure budgets are spent and targets are met.

Skills:
• Degree in Marketing or equivalent
• Experience in Team and Account management
• Well versed in paid media principles
• Advanced analytic aptitude
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Proficient in MSOffice and relevant computer systems
• Initiative and proactive thinking
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills

Key responsibilities:

• Responsible for planning, forecasting, and delivery of schedules
• Keep clients up to date on day to day changes in campaign performances
• Responsible for results and competitor analysis
• Able to optimize accounts to meet client KPIs and objectives
• Able to present strategies, reports, and other campaign insights to clients
• Using campaign management tools such as Google Analytics, Omniture, Google Insights
• Support Account Managers and Senior Account Managers in delivering effective client service
• Ensure that agreed budgets are not exceeded
• Liaise with line manager and aid in training and development of the Associate Specialists and
• Specialists
• Identify new initiatives and opportunities on client accounts
• Grow search accounts, increase efficiencies and identife new client opportunities
• Research of relevant tools in the market and analysing usage
• Set up social and display campaigns from scratch
• Implement and optimize paid media campaigns within your team
• Prepare campaign insights reporting, including analysis and research
