Senior PHP Developer (CPT office).

An award winning global company with mentions in a number of high profile articles and sites such as New York Times are looking for a talented PHP developer to join their team. 

Become part of a global team whose mission is to maximise access for children to smartphones and tablets, making them safe by giving parents and schools the visibility and tools to manage the childrens' usage, protecting them from harm.

Children are growing up with the ability to go online, wherever they are. With that ability comes a responsibility to ensure that their mobile access to the world is properly managed and protects them from harm.

They are now in the process of expanding the team and primary product with an evolution of its platform to enable schools to manage mobile devices.

Job description

They are looking for a PHP Developer with current hands-on experience who knows what it takes to develop scalable, extensible technology and evolve a global platform that will make a daily difference to people's lives. Most importantly, you need to be passionate and extremely proud of the stuff you build.

Must haves

• BSc/Hons/MSc in Computer Science or an equivalent degree
• At least 3 years in software development
• Application of various development methodologies including Agile.

• OOP and MVC (CodeIgniter, CakePHP, Laravel, Symfony, etc)
• RESTful Web Services
• Java and C/C++ (Bonus)
• Version control systems

• Systems and networking (not the social kind)
• Mobile applications
