Requirements:
BSc, BTech or applicable National Diploma
5 years + creating PHP applications
Lead developer experience
Experience required with all technologies, including:

Duties:
Full SDLC, to run from conceptualizing a functional/operational brief with business to translating it into a workable technical specification / solution
Identifying organization’s needs and agreeing plans with the client
Discussing the best products and systems with the client
Advising clients on future developments
Break down large system requirements into manageable parts
Research ‘off-the-shelf’ products to see whether they would be more suitable than building a new system
Explain the structure to the designers and developers, and help them to build it
Develop and carry out testing procedures to make sure everything works properly
Dealing with problems as they arise
Make sure that systems meet quality and security standards
Keep accurate records of steps and decisions taken
Keep project managers regularly informed of progress advise senior managers about how to plan their future it needs
