Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain or Planning
10 years' experience

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for Liquids Planning and scheuling and oversees the production planning tasks and intervenes with raw material planners on supply.
• Performs and generates daily KPI reporting of the Planning department follows up on complex issues related to KPI's not meeting targets.
• Generates weekly stock reports related to safety stock.
• Generates monthly stock reports related to contract customers.
• Facilitates daily 4DX meetings and daily production / planning meetings.
• Handles daily queries with regards to raw material availability and production planning contraints with relevant planners.
• Generates weekly and monthly capacity reports related to production.
• Power user for related wave releases.
• Act as back up for Planning Manager.
• Resolve personnel problems by analysing data, investigating issues, and identifying solutions and recommend action to personnel.
• Ability to deal with IR issues
• Assist planners to resolve issues regarding expedites and other planning issues
• Participate in continuous improvements projects and assist Planning Manager to streamline processes within the planning arena
• Assist Planning Manager in reducing SLOB within the plant
• May be required to work extra hours from time to time when required.
• All other planning related activities within the Planning department scope of work.
