Our client is looking for a Senior Plant Manager with proven experience as a Plant Manager in a large Automotive manufacturing company at a Senior level as this plant has 2500-3000 staff. You should not only have proven Plant manager’s experience but a solid understanding/knowledge of the management of all the teams that make up operational/engineering/financial/logistics/HR functions etc. You should be qualified with an Engineering/Operations/Production Degree or more. Please note that you will only be considered if you meet the above min requirements and come from automotive. Excellent package negotiable.
