Job Purpose:

To provide leadership to a team to find optimal sites to expand our clients footprint and increase profit and to oversee the implementation of the sites in accordance with strict deadlines and budgetary constraints.

To keep the business informed and to provide leadership to ensure step-changes in the clients footprint.

To establish and maintain an optimal distribution network across all channels utilizing scientific and geographic mapping methodologies to achieve prominent points of presence in line with the bank’s strategy.

To plan and project manage the construction and maintenance of all points of presence, taking cognizance of changing and evolving building practices and products and the implementation thereof.

To fully manage all aspects of direct reports i.e coaching, mentoring, managing performance and the development and in creasing of staff skills.
