* Ability to Deliver On-Time with High Quality to Automotive OEMs
* Production management of automotive components for OEMS like Ford, BMW, Toyota, VW etc...
* In depth understanding of Automotive Manufacturing processes TS & ISO
* Practical knowledge on how to use Lean and Kaizen to improve automotive manufacturing processes
* Building and maintaining relationships with OEMs like Ford, BMW, VW etc... and ensuring customer satisfaction
* Advantageous: Plant Management Exposure
