Ready to take on new challenge and lead the Trauma unit? We are looking for an energetic senior professional nurse with trauma experience to assist with the charge duties in the trauma unit in a well advanced private facility.

• Prevents, reports and manages medico-legal risks.
• Conducts comprehensive patient care audits.
• Patient records and registers meet legal requirements.

Applicants for this position must :

• Registered with the South African Nursing Council as a Professional Nurse.
• Prior experience in an emergency unit is a requirement.
• An additional qualification in Emergency/Trauma Nursing Science will be an advantage.
• Recommended to have the Intermediate Trauma Life support (short course)
• ACLS and PALS would be recommended
