Senior Project Manager – Call Centre

The Role:
The purpose of this position is to manage, design and deliver projects for transitioning new business and Business Improvement for existing clients

Main Duties:
Project Management – Process changes, relocations, shift changes
Project Office
Stakeholder Management
People Management

Qualifying Criteria:
Matric / Grade 12
3 years complex project management experience in a lead position through multiple work streams
7 years Contact Centre background
Proven project management and consultancy delivery
Must be currently employed in a similar role
Advanced MS Suite
Strong personality
First language must be English

Salary on Offer:
R40,000 CTC per month - Dependent on experience, plus a substantial annual performance bonus as well as Cell Phone, Laptop and 3G
