Requirements:

B.Eng. or M.Eng. Engineering Degree

10 years’ experience in the management of large multidisciplinary technical development project.

Formal management qualification/ MBA/MBL advantage.

Strong Leadership and Management skills

Excellent interpersonal and client communication skills.

Highly motivated and energetic

Ability to work under pressure

Goal and Milestone oriented

Excellent planning skills

Creative problem solving skills

Tolerance for ambiguity

Flexible management and people skills

Responsibilities:

Project execution management

Scope and contract management

Schedule, cost and quality management

Management of project team

Client and internal stakeholders communications

Procurement and risk management

To ensure all purchasing is achieved in terms of project objectives in terms of time, cost and requirements.
