Technical Project Manager to drive Service Engineering tooling and monitoring solutions Skills Required:

PM skills and technical delivery management exposure

1. Competencies – What are the specific competencies required?

e.g. 5 years’ technical / infrastructure project experience

2. Outputs – What are the key performance areas and daily responsibilities?

Planning and producing of project plans
Design
Stakeholder management
Drive solutions and ensure alignment with technical and management teams
Reporting
Assist with documenting Business Case
Attend and report back at manco level
Manage costs vs budgets

3. Deliverables – What end result needs to be achieved?

e.g.

Business case docs
Project plans
Technical design docs
Signed off solution designs

Project Manager with 7-10 years experience of the following:

Managing large project teams within financial services,
Managing budgets and ensuring delivery within budget,
Creating and managing project plans and ensuring deadlines associated with deliverables and other tasks are met,
Effort and resource estimation;establishing a team,assigning responsibilities and setting team direction,
Understanding,communicating and managing the overall direction of projects to ensure that client objectives are met,
Stakeholder management – managing client expectation and satisfaction and ensuring deliverable content and quality ,
Managing project scope, and proactively identifying and resolving client challenges ,
Managing changes to scope and project plans ,
Identifying risks, issues and mitigations and managing these during the lifecycle of a project.
